About White Pine County Criminal History

White Pine County criminal records are divided among the Sheriff, three local court channels, the Nevada criminal-history repository, state corrections, and the Nevada Sex Offender Registry Community Notification Website. That split can make a simple request hard to route. We built this private reference resource to help readers identify the office, official portal, phone number, or counter that holds the record they need.

Why We Built This Site

Nevada does not place every criminal record in one public search. The White Pine County Sheriff keeps local reports, jail bookings, and custody information. The Seventh Judicial District Court, Ely Justice Court, and Ely Municipal Court preserve the filed charges and outcomes within their jurisdictions. The Nevada Department of Public Safety, Nevada State Police, Records, Communications and Compliance Division maintains the central criminal-history repository, while the Nevada Department of Corrections and the state registry answer different questions. We organize verified contacts, official search routes, fees, and request steps so those boundaries are easier to follow.

What You Will Find Here

  • Agency contacts: official ways to reach the Sheriff, local criminal courts, and Nevada record systems serving White Pine County
  • Record guides: how criminal court case records can be requested and read
  • Official review routes: how fingerprint-based self-history requests work through Nevada RCCD
  • Record sealing help: where Nevada sealing petitions and correction requests begin

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not part of any Nevada court, law-enforcement office, county department, or state agency. Those limits matter:

  • We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
  • We cannot file record-sealing petitions, public-record requests, or other papers for you
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
  • We cannot promise that every posted phone number, fee, or address remains current

Only the Sheriff, the handling court, or Nevada RCCD can issue its official record. We can identify the route, but the custodian must supply the document.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes shown on some pages. Each provider controls its service, prices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that helps support free access to this resource. We do not set provider charges or decide what its search returns.
